Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Q. Will your seminars fulfill the CEU requirements for professional organizations?
A. Yes, our seminars are registered are accepted by ASID and IIDA. These classes are not registered with AIA however our registered IDCEC classes are accepted as additional CEU’s for AIA requirements

Q. Is there a difference between a CEPH and a CEU?
A. No there isn’t, different states use different names to label their continuing education requirements.

Q. How do I know that I am not repeating a seminar?
A. We do not repeat a course within a three year period which is what most states require.

Q. When can I expect new courses?
A. Each January, we introduce 8 hours of brand new seminars (usually 4- 2 hour classes) as well as 4 new 2 hour webinars

Q. I missed a course I was interested in will you ever repeat it?
A. While we present a course throughout the year after that year ends we usually update it a few years later with new material and have it registered and present it after the three year time frame. Many of these classes also become online classes

Q. How do I know your seminars will count for my licensing requirement?
A. Over 90% of our seminars contain the required components of health and safety or welfare. For the few aren’t HSW, we make it very clear that these  CEU’s donot contian the required components of HSW and will not count.

Q. What happens if I register and pay for a class and I have to cancel?
A. If you have an emergency and cannot attend after you have paid for your class, please notify us prior to the class time and we will allow you to attend at another time during the next twelve (12) month period.

Q. What score must I achieve on my test to successfully pass my Webinar or online course and receive a certificate of completion?
A. You need a 70% to receive a certificate.

Q. Why don’t you report my completed continuing education hours to my licensing board(s) and/or professional organization?
A. Not all licensingboards and organizations require, or even want us to report your completed continuing education hours. Many only ask for proof of completion if you are audited.

Q. What should I do if I forget my password?
A. Under the log in area on the class registration, click on the link for Forgot My Password and follow the directions

Q. I am uncomfortable paying on line is there alternative?
A. You can pay by check or download a credit card authorization form from our website.

Q. Why is it more expensive to pay at the door?
A. Many people who want to pay at the door simply do not show up and since space is limited we might have turned someone away.  Additonally everyone who attends our seminars receives a book of the classes and certificates which is a  cost factor to consider.
